Carla Birnberg is a coach, writer, and Chief Storyteller for a global foundation based in Nairobi. Carla’s career is built on the philosophy success isn’t about grand, dramatic moments but rather the power of small, consistent actions over time.

With a background spanning from award-winning writing and community-building to leadership in social impact, Carla sees firsthand how daily commitment leads to transformational results. She has been featured in Runner’s World, Fitness Magazine, Fast Company, and The Wall Street Journal, worked with major brands like Birkenstock, Quaker Oats, and Walt Disney World, and recognized as one of LinkedIn‘s top storytelling voices.

Roni Noone is an Associate Professor of Information Systems in Maryland. She launched the FitBloggin’ conference in 2010 to bring together new and seasoned health and wellness, fitness, and weight-loss bloggers for knowledge, personal growth and networking after running several healthy living blogs including Roni’s Weigh, GreenLiteBites, and a supportive online community called BlogToLose. Roni has since shifted her focus on higher education teaching her students how to navigate the digital world. During her blogging years, Roni was featured by many media outlets including CNN, the Today show, Inside Edition, Ladies Home Journal, Everyday Health, Woman’s World, Woman’s Day, and Wired.
